We really like when companies put this information on the home page or in an easily accessible place. It helps us find what we are looking for and doesn’t seem like they are trying to hide anything from us.
They have a science section that breaks down their fermentation process and their formulation principles.

New Chapter has a total of 83 products. We purchased the One Daily Multivitamin.
They have vitamins, herbals, fish oil, booster powders, mushrooms, probiotics, plan protein, collagen, and calcium & minerals.
Narrowing it down to just the vitamins left us with 22 vitamins. They have multivitamins for men, multivitamins for women, general multivitamins, and specific vitamin complex products.
Packaging Information
The packaging of this New Chapter product is informative. The box has slightly more information than the bottle but both are useful. They state the On Daily Multivitamin is a complete whole-food multivitamin for immune, energy, and stress support.
They also state it is herb & spice free for those seeking a fermented multivitamin that is non-herbal. The product is “fermented for better absorption”. They state, “Digest these vitamins and minerals with ease, because they’re naturally fermented for better nutrient absorption. Our multis are recognized by your body as food and are gentle enough to take any time, even on an empty stomach.”
The supplement fact sheet breaks down each vitamin and mineral in the product as well as where it came from.
New Chapter also states that their tablets are vegetarian, made with organic vegetables, ICS Certified Organic, Non-GMO, Certified B Corp, Certified Kosher, and Certified Responsible Alaska Fisheries.

We spoke with New Chapter via chat on their website and the representatives were helpful. We talked to someone in the product question section and they gave a thorough and educated response.
They are active on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
New Chapter does have a rewards program that was very fascinating to us. You get points for creating an account, interacting with them on social media, making purchases, and for your birthday. You also can refer friends and get both of you a $5 off coupon. You can reward your points for coupons or free products.
You also have the option to purchase their products in a subscription. You can make changes to your subscription on the website, by email, by calling, or by chatting. You have the option to cancel, pause, change the date, skip a replenishment, or add another item to your upcoming order. This is an awesome service to have!
They do not offer a promo code right away for your first order but they do have a newsletter you can sign up for where they occasionally send out coupons or special offers.

Quality
To get the whole food into tablet form, they spray dry and ferment their products. They claim that fermentation enhances the absorption of nutrients. They state, “Each tablet is herb and spice-free, delivering nutrients that do more than just address nutritional deficiencies.” When asked if they have any synthetic vitamins, fillers, or additives of any kind they just responded that their labels list the starting sources for each nutrient on the product label. Sooo they don’t want to tell us if anything is not natural? They take vitamins and minerals that are then fed to organic yeast, live probiotics, and whole foods.
When they use whole food, they don’t actually use the whole entire fruit or vegetable. They often use just the peel, root, etc.

Product
We wanted to taste this product to know how natural it tasted. We broke the tablet with a hammer to get a better idea of the taste. These smelled and tasted terrible. These had a strange sense to them that was not natural at all. They smell like animal food and taste like something humans should not be eating.
The tablets seem pretty large and might be hard for some people to swallow.
Price/Month
These are $53 for a 72 count, the recommended serving is 1 tablet a day.
They do have the option to subscribe and save 10% when you subscribe to 1 item or 15% when you subscribe to 2 or more items. The savings increase with the number of items subscribed to through their subscription program.

Experience
Jolly Green Giant and Nature Boy took this product for 10 days. As they took it, they continued to live their normal lifestyle with no changes. They did not notice anything significant with this product. It was kind of a chore to take it because it was a large capsule and had a strange smell and taste.
Recommendation
We would recommend skipping the purchase of New Chapter. There are other products that have better ingredients and are easier for you to take. The smell and taste pushed many people on our team away from wanting to try this product.
