Live Wise Naturals is a company that strives to be environmentally sustainable and naturally sourced so that your body can easily absorb the nutrients from the products. All of their products are liquid because they can use fewer ingredients and they believe that your body can absorb the nutrients faster this way. If this was scientifically proven, wouldn’t every supplement company make products in liquid form?
Website Navigation
The Live Wise Naturals homepage is simple and focuses on the products. It also states different things about their products including 100% natural, made in the USA, GMO-free, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They also have a link to read more about the founder and how the company started. At the bottom of the page, they also have a few reviews. However, these reviews were put here by the owner, they are not powered by a third party (which is weird because they use a third-party review site in other areas of the website). We wish that along with showing their products on the homepage they talked a little bit about their values and claims as a company.
Practically the only actions you can take form the home page are to shop their store or join their club. While these are both great things, we are very interested in learning more about the background of their company and the information they can offer us. Knowing about a companies history, values, and qualifications can really help you to trust them more and make you more likely to purchase from them.
When you click on a product, shop link, or join the club link, it will take you to a different version of the website. From here you have the options Home, Blog, FAQ, and Reviews. When you click on some products, it takes you to another version of the website. The top of this page has the options Shop, New, About Us, Contact Us, and Blog. The About Us section has a lot of great information if you can find that version of the website that is. This section talks about the quality they strive to achieve in order to meet your health needs. It also allows you to easily find their contact information and makes you feel welcome to reach out to them. The reviews page, if you can find that on too, has reviews powered by YotPo which we like to see. When companies don’t have as much control over the reviews it makes us trust the reviews and the company more. The about section also shows different charities that they work with. They work with Operation Underground Railroad and Wholesome Wave. We really like companies who donate to charities or give back in some way.
When browsing the weekend we saw at least 2-3 variations of each page that we clicked on. This is very confusing as a potential customer as you might not be able to find the information you had previously seen and wanted to view again. The website adjusts to mobile pretty well but has the same issue with showing multiple variations of the website. This is very frustrating as a customer as you can’t find what you wanted to find in just one website, you have to navigate through multiple and hope you can find that specific button again.
Catalog
Live Wise Natural has a variety of products but not an overwhelming amount. There is a total of 9 products as well as 3 different sets which include different combinations of the products. We purchased the Omega Complex for general overall health.
With different variations of the website, there are a few different catalogs. There is one layout where you can hover over the product to see the nutrition label. While the hovering is a good idea, we wish that it showed what the product was meant for rather than the nutrition label. On another layout of the website, there is no hover option but it does list more information about what is in the product and about that specific formula underneath the product name.
Packaging Information
The packaging information of the Live Wise Naturals Omega Complex was helpful. The box states what it is made with, the certifications it has, directions, warnings, supplement facts, ingredients, and claims.
They state that their product does not contain soy, gluten, dairy, egg, fish, peanuts, wheat, added sugars, coloring, artificial flavors, dyes, or preservatives. This is good for people with allergies or who like to avoid certain things so that they know this product will be safe for them.
The packaging states that after opening, you will need to refrigerate the product and consume it within 90 days. This could be hard for some people to remember to put in the fridge or keep track of when it will expire but we are glad they told us this information.
The product also says to keep out of the reach of children but then it goes on to tell you how much to give a 2-14 year old. They have a baby version of the product that also says to keep out of the reach of children. If the product was 100% natural, shouldn’t it be safe for children to take without “overdosing”?
Customer Service
The customer service we received from Live Wise naturals was very good. They responded to our email within 24 hours and answered our questions thoroughly. They also invited us to reach out to them again if we had more questions. They are also active on Instagram.
They have a Live Wise club which will give you their best discounts, new videos and live wise tips. We were interested in this and were impressed to see a coupon code in our email almost immediately after signing up.
Their website states, “Every one of our products is made in the USA and carries an unconditional 365 day 100% money back guarantee.” This is very impressive, they must have high expectations that you will like their products.
Quality
Live Wise Naturals is made of oils with no concern for toxins or heavy metals. While their product is pretty clean and doesn’t have unnatural additives, oil is not the best form. Oiling whole food can lose a lot of nutrients that you would benefit from. Their products contain no fillers, binders, flow agents, added sugars, artificial flavorings, dyes, or preservatives. They state, “There are so many potentially harmful unnecessary ingredients added to products today that allow them to stay on the shelf for years. Those ingredients have no benefit for your body.”
From what we can see on their websites (yes websites, not website because there are so many versions of their page). They really have a strong focus on quality. As we mentioned, oil is not as good as other things, we do think they do a fairly good job maintaining quality. They state, “At Live Wise Naturals, we formulate our high-quality, all-natural supplements with our own family in mind. We test every product ourselves and work hard to source the best preservative-free, chemical-free, non-GMO ingredients. We make sure we know where each ingredient comes from and how it’s grown, manufactured, and processed before we use it. When it comes to our family and customers, we don settle for anything less.”

Product
We were very interested in trying this product as it is the only oil product we have reviewed. Because multiple people were trying it, we did not want to use the dropper near our mouth. We had Sunflower the Kid put a drop on her finger and we were all in shock. It straight up looked like blood. Jolly Green Giant walked into the room not knowing what we were doing and thought that she had injured herself. The smell and the taste of the product are actually good. Both the smell and taste are citrusy and sweet.
For someone who does not want to chew or swallow capsules, this oil would be an easy option for them to take supplements.

Experience
Nature Boy and Mindful Kiwi took this product for 10 days. As they took it, they continued to live their normal lifestyle with no changes. They actually really liked taking this product. It had a good flavor and the oil form was easy to take. Nature Boy noticed his joints were not hurting as much. Mindful Kiwi felt like she had a better mood and felt more motivated.
Recommendation
This product had a pretty good quality and was easy to take. We would recommend Live Wise Naturals to someone that has a hard time swallowing capsules or tablets. We feel like this is a good company that has a pretty good quality product.
