Navigating the Nature’s Brands website was not difficult but it wasn’t the best website. The website is definitely more targeted on beauty products in comparison to supplements.
No matter where you are from the website, they have a sticker on the bottom right that shows “Top Rated Ecommerce 83.25 Rating Score.” This is a third-party review page to read reviews from customers. We were impressed by this until we clicked in on it. There are only 2 reviews on this page that you can view.
They do have an about section but it does not have much detail about their history or values as a company.
When searching the website it is pretty easy to find what you are looking for because they have everything categorized pretty well.
The funniest part about the website for us was that when you load a new page there is usually something that spins onto the page as it loads. LOL.
Catalog
Nature’s Brands only have 16 products but some of them seem really similar. We purchased the Phyto Vitamins Iron Free Whole Food Multivitamin.
They have organic alkalizing, organic super foods, organic food vitamins, and organic specialty vitamins. Because a lot of the products are similar you might have a hard time deciding what one to go with but there aren’t too many options to compare.
Packaging Information
The packaging of this product has a lot of information scattered around it. Our favorite part is where it says, “Probably the Purest Whole Food Vitamin You Will Ever Use! Made from Nature’s Ingredients, Free of Man Made Isolates.” Probably?? Probably the purest?? HAHAHA!
The bottle states that it is 100% Raw Natural Formula and vegetarian/non-irradiated/additive free.
They do have a good Supplement Facts section where they list each vitamin and amount as well as what is in their Vitamin and Mineral Whole Food Mix, Fruit and Berry Whole Food Complex, Antioxidant Whole Food Complex, Omega Whole Food Blend, and Digestion Whole Food Blend.
Nature’s Brands states on the website that the product is vegetarian and vegan (so uh, if it’s vegan, it’s obviously vegetarian too), 100% pure and all natural, certified organic ingredients, and Non-GMO. It also contains no isolates, synthetic vitamins, fillers, additives, preservatives, yeast, gluten, dairy, soy, corn, artificial colors, artificial flavors, and preservatives. The capsules are not fermented and do not contain magnesium stearate. The ingredients are non-heated, non-irradiated whole foods made in the USA.
They claim this product may help support your immune system and cleanse your blood.
Customer Service
We attempted to reach out to Nature’s Brands through email. We emailed them and 10 days later had never heard back so we sent a follow-up. Now, a month after the first email, we still haven’t heard anything. We tried to look them up on Instagram to contact them that way but we were unable to find a page that was actively being run by them. They do have a Facebook but it does not have much engagement.
Nature’s Brands does offer a discount code in the top banner of the page. Currently, new customers can receive 20% off their first order.
The return policy is stated as,
“We are so confident you will be satisfied with our products, we offer a 60-Day Guarantee! If you are not happy with our products are more than welcome to:
Option 1- Credit: Return up to 3 (three) items for an in-store credit.
OR
Option 2- Refund: Return 1 (one) item for refund.

While a 60-day return policy is nice, they have it set up so that many people probably won’t bother trying to return or they will be upset when they do. We also thought it was pretty bold of them to state they are so confident in their products.
They do accept payments in a variety of ways, including Amazon Pay, Bitpay, PayPal, Shopify Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Venmo, and more.
Quality
The ingredients of Nature’s Brands products are pretty good but they do not use the entire whole food. They only use just the fruit, seed, leaf, aerial, root, or bulb. Their products are free of chemicals, preservatives, additives, and synthetics.
They state, “Why take a risk when you could use 100% natural products from Nature’s Brands? Our products are all natural, chemical free, additive free, contain organic ingredients, are vegetarian or vegan, kind to your body and earth friendly. Help make a difference and change to the all-natural and organic products made by Nature’s Brands.”
Everything sounds great and natural however they do state not suitable for people under the age of 18, consult your medical practitioner, do not take if pregnant or nursing, or have high blood pressure. If the product is 100% natural shouldn’t it be safe for children and other people?
Product
We wanted to taste this product to know how natural it tasted. We opened the capsule (which some people who have a hard time swallowing capsules would have to do anyway) to get a better idea of the taste. The smell is strong and has strong hints of spices. The taste is POWERFUL. It is literally sooooo spicy. At first, it seems okay and then it hits you as it starts to burn the tastebuds off your tongue. It is so spicy and we were all immediately reaching for milk or juice to try and get rid of the insane taste.
The capsules are small and seem easy to swallow.
Price/Month
The product is $29.99 for a one month supply. You also have the option to subscribe and save 10% when you have the orders shipped every 1-3 months.
They have free shipping on US orders over $59.99 and free shipping on international orders over $600. If you need or choose to pay for shipping there is quite a variety. They have shipping options that range all the way from USPS First-Class Package for $4.90 to UPS Next Day Air Early AM for $122.85. Not sure who would want to pay $122.85 but it is an option! They basically have a shipping option for any carrier and any time for any price!

Experience
Sunflower the Kid and Furry Face took this product for 10 days. As they took it, they continued to live their normal lifestyle with no changes. While taking this product they did not notice any health changes or feelings. The size of the capsule was easy to swallow but they did experience some gross tasting burps after taking it.
Recommendation
This Nature’s Brands is not bad but not good either. We would recommend trying a different product especially because this one has such a strong spicey taste. There are products that are easy to take, without a bad flavor that will give you more benefits.
