NaturesPlus claims to be innovative, family owned, and have guaranteed results. They state that they believe in the love of the process not the cost of the process.

Website Navigation

The NaturesPlus website looks pretty clean, modern, and organized. On the home page, they have featured products, a statement about their mission, news and events, and their product “brands.” It was very confusing to us to see that they have a brands section, we came here thinking that NaturesPlus was the brand. The brands all fall under NaturesPlus but are meant for different purposes.

They do have a blog that seems good. It covers topics like news, health, fitness & weight management, recipes, travel, and pets & wildlife.

Catalog

NaturesPlus has a total of 527 products…That’s alot. You can narrow down your search results by category, brand, or function. As we searched the Whole Foods category there were only 21 products but a lot of them seemed to be similar variations of each other. We purchased the Source of Life Multi-Vitamin & Mineral Supplement.

You cannot order online from NaturesPlus website. They do have a “find a store” option where you can find a local store that carries their products. You can also search the products on Amazon but it doesn’t seem like they have all of their products.

Packaging Information

The NaturesPlus packaging is simple but pretty informative. They state that it is vegetarian, hypo-allergenic, and gluten-free. The package also claims to be energy on the go and states that it is nutritional support for natural energy production and overall well-being. Their website also states that their ingredients offer the most health-giving, life-supporting nutrients.

The Supplement Facts on the packaging is very detailed. It shows a breakdown of the vitamins and minerals found in the product in a short section on the front of the packaging and also has more information if you peel to the back.

Customer Service

We first attempted to message NaturesPlus on Instagram (they are also active on Facebook) but we were told we needed to email them. We emailed them and asked our simple questions and got a response a few days later. The response was very short and vague and we were told that if we needed more help we would have to call them. So apparently you can’t get much help by contacting them via Instagram or email.

We were unable to find a return policy on their website. Because they sell through retail stores and Amazon, it probably varies from store to store. On Amazon, they state, “Return Policy: In order to keep our prices low, we do not accept returns once the product has been open.” This would mean that people could not test out the product before seeing if they like it, they would have to keep it if they opened it and decided they didn’t want it.

Quality

NaturesPlus states, “We believe in the love of the process not the cost of the process. With 400 people behind each NaturesPlus product, we guarantee your purchase is made with love. NaturesPlus is the family-driven supplement brand that is trusted by generations of loyal customers because our unique fusion of nature and science enables you to discover your best life.” Honestly, this seems too fluffy for us, we aren’t as concerned with love as we are with getting a high-quality product.

When confronted about their product quality they told us that their product was all natural and that any fillers were listed under other ingredients. So their product is “all natural”…oh…except for the fillers…thanks for the clarification! If a company adds fillers or bonders into a product, they probably aren’t as natural as they claim.

NaturesPlus has several certifications including FDA Registered (this is different from FDA Approved), New York State Board of Pharmacy Registered, NSF GMP Certified, USNOP Organic Certified, EU Organic Certified, ECOCERT Certified, Canadian Site License, and OFAC Registered. While certifications are usually good to have to show your customers, most of the certifications are not even common and recognizable ones that customers would know.

NaturesPlus works with charities which is an aspect we like. They have partnered with places including Mary Brennan Inn Soup Kitchen and Red Nose at Walgreens.

Product

We wanted to taste this product to know how natural it tasted. We broke the tablet with a hammer to get a better idea of the taste. These smell rather chemically and just strange. The taste was also strange as it had notes of chemicals but was also kind of sour.

The tablets seem very large and seem harder to swallow.

Price/Month

We purchased the 10 day supply of these for $14.95 but they also have a 30 day supply for $32.95. On Amazon, there is also a subscribe and save option.

Experience

Father Nature and Furry Face took this product for 10 days. As they took it, they continued to live their normal lifestyle with no changes. They didn’t like or dislike this product. The capsule was a little hard to swallow but they got used to it. They didn’t notice that it helped them or made them feel weird, it just seemed to do nothing.

Recommendation

The quality of this NaturesPlus product is not the best and we would not recommend it. The capsule is large and many people would have a hard time taking it. There are products that are easier to take and have better quality ingredients that will bring you more results.
