Website navigation

We literally laughed at the layout of this website. The product page is awful. When you are on a specific product page, there is only one picture of the product so you can’t see the nutrition label. There is a button that allows you to see the product label, but there’s not much information there either. They list the information on the page rather than putting more pictures of the actual product on the page. They list more information about products on the homepage than they do on the actual product page. They don’t list the price on specific product pages either. When you add a product to your shopping cart, it automatically sends you back to the Core products page. Their footer bar is only at the bottom of the home page. The shop tab is the 3rd tab over. The quality page has the same 2 pictures right next to each other. The header tabs disappear when you go to the shop and blog pages so you have to go back to the home page if you’d like to see another tab. Also when you are on the products page, there is the New Earth logo that takes you back to the home page and another tab next to it that says “New Earth Sponsor Help” so you’d think that if you clicked that tab you’d get taken to perhaps a help page. Nope, you get taken back to the home page. (see image below)

The “Opportunity” tab on the home page is useless and has little to no information about what that is about. There is absolutely no FAQ page. The lack of an FAQ page really messed with our process. The FAQ page is usually one of the first places we go to learn about the product, customer service, quality, and how it’s made. It was difficult for us to trust this company considering the awful website and lack of a FAQ page.

Catalog

They have 29 products. They have a mix of powders and capsule type products. We bought the Essentials Blend.

Packaging information

They don’t list all the ingredients which is very strange. The website lists a product label with some dietary information and other ingredients section which has 2 ingredients. Their ingredients include; enzyme blend, probiotic blend, beetroot fiber, rice bran, and fructooligosaccharide which apparently is a sweetener. They don’t list what is in their probiotic and enzyme blend. Which is strange. They recommend taking 1 tsp. Each day. It doesn’t say anything else about how to take it.

Customer service

They list a phone number and an email link that opens whatever email app you have on your computer, but no actual email listed, just the link. They have links to their Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. We sent them a message over Instagram on a Monday, which they replied to 9 days later, not answering our questions, and telling us, “it might be easier for you to email or call us” um…no. It would be easiest for you to answer our questions within 24 hours over the platform we asked them. We sent them an email and they responded 20 minutes later (they said “thank you for your patience” in the email when we waited 20 minutes, but said nothing when we waited for 9 days over Instagram). They didn’t answer all of our questions so we sent them another email which they replied to with more in-depth information (an hour later, these guys are quick… over email). They have a 90-day return policy on most products.

Quality

They dry their ingredients into powder by using Bioactive dehydration. From what we have learned from our worldwide web search is Bioactive dehydration is used to dry juice and slurries. But their ingredients are heated in low enough temperatures to be considered a raw food, “This preserves natural vitamins, enzymes, and other phytonutrients”. After we emailed them they told us the probiotic is twelve different strains of live beneficial bacteria and the enzyme blend is fifteen plant-based digestive enzymes. The quality of this product seems good enough. This product does not come with a measuring spoon.

Price

$56.00+ $8.42 shipping. They don’t sell their products on Amazon.

Product

The smell reminded us of hay. Most of us tried just a small taste of the powder. Sunflower the Kid tried it in water, instantly got an awful stomach ache, so everybody else got scared and stuck with the quick finger dip instead. The taste wasn’t bad, in fact, it was very bland. It just didn’t sit right with us.

Experience: We did not like the taste of it in water, so it was a hard 10 days. Mindful Kiwi and Organic Oscar took 1 tsp. of this product in water for 10 days. They, unlike Sunflower the Kid, did not get awful stomach aches. They saw and felt no physical or mental change. Positive or negative. They didn’t like taking it though, so that was negative.

Recommendation: We do not recommend this product. We saw and felt literally no changes. Plus it smells like hay.
