Website

The website doesn’t look too hard to navigate. When clicking on a product, some pages bring up the product with the product list still on the left side, and some products show without the list. There isn’t a subtab to “see all products”, you have to click on the Product tab. You can’t zoom in on a picture of the product. They have 4 header tabs; Products, Best Sellers, Bundles, and Contact Us. Under the Contact Us tab, there are 3 options for contacting. Call, email, and chat. Their chat feature is far from live and sends quick, automated responses that most likely won’t answer your questions. If you click on email, it doesn’t give you an email address, it tries to open whatever emailing platform you have on your computer. There is a “build a bundle” feature. If you buy 3 products together, you can save 15%. They have a great FAQ area where you can ask questions, they call it “submit a request”, weird verbiage. You have to click on the shop tab to get back to the home page.

Catalog

They have 12 food products. That is an awesome catalog size! We ordered the Orgnaifi Green Juice.

Packaging information

The packaging says to add 1 scoop (9 grams) to 8-10 oz. hot/warm water (gross). It says on the bottle that it needs to be refrigerated and used within 90 days. It also includes the Prop 65 warning: this product can expose you to chemicals like cadmium, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer. Children, pregnant, and nursing women need to seek medical advice before taking. It gives all the nutrition facts and percentages.

Customer service

They have 4.9/5 stars on their website and 4.1 /5 stars on their Amazon. They offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If the 60 days have passed, they can still give you online credit to their website. There is a live chat feature where we asked a question. We got 3 very quick, automatic responses that didn’t answer our question at all. When we said, “that doesn’t answer my question” the chat disappeared. We clicked on the Contact Us tab and chose the chat feature. It didn’t reappear. We sent in an email with our questions and immediately received an email saying they received our message and we’d get a response within 24 hours. They emailed us back 3 days later. They didn’t really answer our first question of how the product was made. They gave us a very basic, surface answer. They are active on Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Youtube

Quality

Their product seems to be of pretty good quality. But, they do use juices and extracts, neither of which contain hardly any nutritional value. They claim to not use any fillers, additives, or artificial ingredients. It also says on the bottle that it improves mental clarity, hydrates, and boosts immunity functions. They use organic flavors which are basically extracts or concentrates, which, again, are not great for you.

Price

The website has it listed for $69.95. It is on Amazon $73.15

Product

It smells and tastes very minty. They add organic spearmint and mint flavor. The smell is almost overpowering. In water, the initial taste of it is… different. The after taste is minty.

Experience

It was hard for Furry Face to get over the mint taste at first. After the 10 days of taking it, Furry Face and Mindful Kiwi were both used to the strong mint flavor and smell. Mindful Kiwi liked that it was in a powder she could drink but Furry Face would have rather taken a capsule. They took the recommended serving every day for 10 days and noticed absolutely no change.

Recommendation

We do not recommend this product. We had no physical signs that it did anything for us. Their ingredients are somewhat high-quality and they have good reviews, so they are probably a reliable supplement, but we did not see any positive changes.
