Website navigation

Their website looks like a scam. Their footer bar literally has a heading that says, “Fun Stuff:)” this is not a joke.

When you press the Shop drop-down tab, there are two options, shop by product or shop by category. Both have too many options. There are options on the product page that should be on the category page and vice versa. There is way too much going on with this website. Too many moving graphics, it’s very cramped and claustrophobic, and what the heck is INSPIRED Living?

They have 17 pages of recipes. Once you go to their customer service site to submit an inquiry, there is no option to go back to the homepage. There are pictures of the supplement facts, but all the words are way too small to see. But if you scroll way down there is a link that allows you to see the full-sized label in a new tab. If you scroll even further down, there is a link that says “Want more info about 7M+?” You get taken to a new page in a new tab that starts with COVID-19 alert, information about their product and states some pretty crazy claims. How they get away with saying those things without the FDA getting on their butt is basically impossible.

Catalog

They have 33 products that are very disorganized. We decided to buy the 7M+, it seemed like their overall health multi”vitamin”.

Packaging information

They have a clearly stated suggested use; take 2 capsules daily with 8 oz. of water or juice. There are 60 capsules in each bottle.

Customer service

They have a live chat. To use live chat your name, phone, and email are mandatory. You can submit a “ticket” which is essentially an inquiry. That only requires your name and email. They replied to our “ticket” email immediately saying that they are receiving lots of inquiries, but they would get back to us as soon as possible. They gave us their customer service and live chat hours. It took them 6 days to get back to us. They are active on Facebook, Instagram, and Youtube. They have tons of Youtube videos. Here is their highlight video.

Quality

This product is made out of a fermented mushroom and kelp blend. Their capsules are made of plant cellulose. Their products are free from artificial flavors, preservatives, colors, yeast, soy protein, sodium, and starch. They are all tested to be free from GMOs, heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, molds, e-Coli, salmonella, and other environmental toxins. They say their products were formulated for adults. Is that just a nicer way of saying they aren’t safe for children? “There are various ingredients within the products that are considered raw, meaning they are not heated or exposed to heat above 115 degrees Fahrenheit.” Their capsules are made of plant cellulose so they are vegan.

Price

7M+ is listed on their website for $60.00… OR save $17.00 and buy it off of Amazon for $43.48.

Product

We give the taste of this a 5/10. It’s not good but it’s definitely not the worst. It smells bad, but we literally can’t even describe the smell. The smell is just not great. The capsules are really small so they are easy to swallow.

Experience

These capsules were small and easy to swallow. It was hard to swallow them due to their taste and smell. Even though they were smelly and gross, they had not-so-smelly results. The reviews on their site are not anything spectacular, so we didn’t expect much, but Nature Boy felt like his seasonal allergies were alleviated from taking 7M+.

Recommendation

We would recommend this product to anyone looking to help alleviate some allergies or a cold. They use quality ingredients. But maybe order off of Amazon… their website still looks like a scam.
