Website Navigation

The homepage looks modern, has easy navigation, and is bright and fun. There were 14 products just in the overall wellness vitamins and supplements and they list 4 products at a time. So we had to click 11 times to see all the products. Why they don’t list them out page by page is beyond us. We clicked on the Well Adult Multi, scrolled down, and there were a million boxes that gave more information like product facts, key ingredients, etc. The website only provides one picture so if you want to see the supplement facts on the back, you have to scroll down to Key Ingredients and click on “All Ingredients & Warnings”. There are no pictures of the tablets on their website. There is essentially no information on their website. They don’t sell on their website, but they will help you find a retailer. The contact page has a phone number and a section where you can send an inquiry by giving away basically all the personal information you have about yourself. The “About Us” tab is useless and gives no information on how they make their products. We searched and searched for an FAQ section that told us about how their products are made. We did find this video on their website which literally tells us NOTHING.

Catalog

We bought and reviewed the Well Adult Multi. It seemed like their overall multivitamin. They have over 200 products. That is way too many options.

Packaging Information

The packaging clearly states that there are 30 tablets. It says on the back to take one tablet per day, preferably with a meal. The ingredients are all organic and vegetarian (but not vegan?). On the packaging label, it says they believe in nutrition being clean and transparent… transparent? If they are so transparent why don’t they tell us how their products are made or what makes their product vegetarian and not vegan?

Customer service

There is a contact button on the footer. The only way you can contact them is by calling a number or giving them your name, address, phone number, and email and then you can send in a question. Do they need your social security number too? We went over to their Instagram page where we found an email. We sent in our questions and we never heard back. After 24 hours of waiting for an email response, we sent in the same questions over Instagram. They did not reply to the email or the Instagram message. The last time they posted on their Facebook was March 30, the last post on Instagram was March 31, and their last post on Twitter was January 1.

Quality

Their main multivitamin was hard to find. We searched through the “Overall Wellness Section” than through “Organics”.  All of their products are non-GMO but they are not all organic. Non-GMO means the product is made up of 0.9 percent or less genetically-modified ingredients and Organic entails the produce has to be grown in quality soil that does not contain synthetic pesticides and fertilizers. Not all of their products are vegetarian/vegan, which is very strange. A common ingredient found in some of their products is calcium pantothenate. It is found in plants and animal tissues. We don’t know for sure if they use animal tissue in their products, but something has to be keeping these products from being vegetarian.

They use additives like maltodextrin and dextrin (thickening agent), so that’s not great. These additives have been deemed “safe” food additives, but so has silicon dioxide (sand), so really what does that tell us? They also use cyanocobalamin which is a man-made B12. They claim it is organic, who knows. Overall, they use organic fruits and vegetables, but they have quite a few ingredients that make this product not as natural as they claim. This product is also “not intended for use of persons under the age of 18”. Claims: 100% non-GMO, free of artificial flavors, dairy products, and gluten. They have 4.2 stars on Amazon.

Price

You cannot purchase their products over their website. We went over to Amazon where we bought the Well Adult Multi for $21.99.

Product

These tablets are somewhat large. They smell like cat food. Nature Boy tasted it (but didn’t take it for the 10 days) and it tasted like fruity dog food. But he voluntarily took 2 bites so it couldn’t have been awful. No matter how many times we open the bottle, it still smelled like potent cat food.

Experience

Jolley Green Giant and Furry Face took Sundown for 10 days. They are pretty large pills with somewhat sharp edges. We couldn’t get over the smell and taste. It is really offputting that they literally never responded to us and we never learned how this product is made.

Recommendation

We do not recommend this. Jolly Green Giant and Furry Face did not notice any differences. In fact, Jolly Green Giant had a stomach ache after taking this vitamin. It took him about 3 days to get used to and not get stomach aches after taking the vitamin.
